Membership Programme
How Somatex members earn and use free Air KG, Return KG, and Sea CBM.
When you register as a Somatex member, you receive a welcome award immediately. As more cargo is registered under your membership, you keep earning extra free KG or CBM. You can later use that award to pay for a new shipment.
Every new member starts with these free awards. They appear on your membership dashboard as Your Free Award.

After you register, every shipment linked to your membership continues to grow your award. Each cargo type has its own award balance.
You earn 0.2% of your registered Air cargo weight as free award KG. Example: 1,000 KG of Air cargo earns 2 KG, added to your 3 KG welcome award.
You earn 0.2% of your registered Return goods weight as free award KG. Example: 1,000 KG of Return cargo earns 2 KG, added to your 3 KG welcome award.
You earn 0.03 CBM free for every 1 CBM of Sea cargo (3%). Example: 10 CBM of Sea cargo earns 0.3 CBM, added to your 0.3 CBM welcome award.
Log in to your member account, open Track, and tap Pay with Award on an unpaid shipment after it has arrived at destination. The award reduces the billable KG or CBM, fees are updated, the shipment is marked Paid, and you receive an SMS confirmation.
Air award can pay for a new shipment only when Air cargo is already above 100 KG. Return award can pay only when Return cargo is already above 100 KG. Until then, your award stays on your dashboard and continues to grow.
Sea award can pay for a new shipment only when your Sea cargo total is already above 10 CBM. Until then, your award stays on your dashboard and continues to grow.
Awards are separate by cargo type. Air award cannot pay for Sea cargo, Sea award cannot pay for Air or Return cargo, and Return award cannot pay for Air cargo.

When you qualify, open Track and tap Pay with Award after the goods have arrived at destination.
